Welcome to Catholicism 201, step two of our discipleship pathway!
After encountering Christ, the story of salvation, and the reasons for our Catholic faith in Catholicism 101, Catholicism 201 is for those ready to dive deeper, exploring the depths of our faith and learning to be transformed as missionary disciples of Jesus.
This semester we are studying the lives of thirteen saints who have been models of discipleship throughout the ages. Each week, we'll hear a presentation on the life and lessons of a particular saint, followed by small group discussion. Participants will remain with the same small group all semester; new participants can join anytime. These group conversations will explore each saint's story and how we can imitate them in our own lives. Not only will we come to know some of the most important members of our Catholic family tree, but we will also grow in community and friendship with fellow parishioners.
Get ready to learn from the masters: Teresa of Calcutta, Augustine, Ignatius of Loyola, John Paul II, Catherine of Sienna, and many more!
