Saint Dominic Catholic Church strives to live out the gospel message as missionary disciples. Giving God all the glory, until we’re a parish family fully alive in Christ, setting the world ablaze.
Set ablaze by God’s generous love, we strive daily to encounter Christ, form missionary disciples, and evangelize others, all through the power of the Holy Spirit.
What We Believe
The Apostles’ Creed: I believe in God, the Father almighty, Creator of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died and was buried; he descended into hell; on the third day he rose again from the dead; he ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of God the Father almighty; from there he will come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting. Amen.
Our Clergy & Religious
Fr. Michael has been pastor of Saint Dominic since 2015. He uses his zeal for the faith to engage & inspire his parishioners to be a vibrant Catholic community setting the world ablaze.
After his ordination to the Priesthood of Jesus Christ in June 2021, Fr. Richard has been assigned as Parochial Vicar at St. Dominic. However, he has been a part of the St. Dominic family since serving as a seminarian from 2018-2019. He takes joy in sharing his love for Jesus Christ, his Gospel and his Church with others.
Fr. Anthony serves as parochial vicar here at Saint Dominic and is the pastor of Sts. Peter and Paul Parish. He works tirelessly to share the Gospel message through his words & deeds.
Fr. Longin serves as GS civilian chaplain at Tyndall Air Force Base since 2016. He is in charge of the Catholic program. Father is committed to helping God’s people flourish through the knowledge of the scriptures, the life of prayer, and the practice of virtues.
Sr. Jean has been with Saint Dominic since 1997 as the Religious Education Director. She feels she has encountered Christ in the many parents and children with whom God has put on her path.
Sr. Anna has joyfully served at Saint Dominic Catholic Church in multiple capacities throughout the years. Originally from Vietnam, she is a part of the order of Lovers of Thủ Thiêm Holy Cross Sisters.
Dcn. Steve has been at Saint Dominic since 2002 and serving as a deacon since 2013. Steve is very involved with the parish ministries and sharing the good news of the Gospel.
Dcn. Mike has been at Saint Dominic since 1996 and a deacon since 2013. Although the Air Force brought him to Panama City, it was God who inspired him to stay after retirement and serve as a deacon.
Our Staff
Adam has worked for the diocese since 2003 & joined Saint Dominic in 2015. He enjoys sharing his musical talents and love of the liturgy, helping people encounter Christ wherever they may be.
Brandy has been a parishioner of Saint Dominic Catholic Church since 1987 and a staff member since 2019. She feels blessed to work here and continually grow in her faith and closeness to God.
Julie has worked at Saint Dominic Catholic Church since 2014 and has been a parishioner since 1999. She loves being able to support the parish, working to tell others about God’s amazing goodness.
Kathy has been a parishioner of Saint Dominic since 1999 and has managed the parish bulletin since 2014. She loves sharing her editorial talents to further the parish’s mission of evangelization.
Linda has been a parishioner since 1987 and the parish secretary since 2003. She loves meeting new people as they come to the parish and helping them along their faith journey.
Mark has been a parishioner of Saint Dominic Catholic Church since 1996 and the parish manager since 2013. Not only is Mark an avid fisherman, but also a fisher of men.
Mark has worked at Saint Dominic Catholic Church since 1999. He uses his craftsmanship to build & design things ranging from the Adoration chapel to redesigning the parish office.
Melinda has been with Saint Dominic Catholic Church since 1999. She loves being able to interact with people in the bookstore and sees it as a great opportunity for evangelization.
Ryan has a background in theology and mental health counseling. He serves our parish and community by offering counseling and spiritual direction to parishioners while also leading the young adults ministry at St Dominic.
Sally has been a parishioner and staff member of Saint Dominic Catholic Church since 2000. If you’ve ever visit the parish, you’ll likely come across Sally and her friendly smile and hospitality.
Teri became Catholic and began working here at Saint Dominic Catholic Church in 2002. She loves the warmth and genuineness of the people she encounters while serving the parish.
Theresa has worked at Saint Dominic since 2014, serving as Youth Minister and now as Director of Missionary Discipleship. Through her work, she strives to bring about God’s Kingdom here on earth.
Nic and Dot have been married 14 years with four amazing kids and have worked in youth ministry, evangelization, and mission since 2007 together. They have a heart for the families of young people and the mission of the family in the church and world. When you don’t find them on a mission site or at the church, you’ll find them enjoying an evening sailing with the kids.

Saint Dominic Catholic Church is a missionary discipleship focused parish. Led by the power of the Holy Spirit, we are set ablaze by God’s generous love.
Every Christian is challenged, here and now, to be actively engaged in evangelization; indeed, anyone who has truly experienced God’s saving love does not need much time or lengthy training to go out and proclaim that love.
Be who God meant you to be and you will set the world on fire.
God cannot give us a happiness and peace apart from Himself, because it is not there. There is no such thing.
