Renew and Rejoice!
“The God of Abraham,
the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob,
the God of our fathers, has glorified his servant Jesus…”

It is with great joy that we begin our Renew and Rejoice Capital Campaign this weekend.

This campaign will raise the $3.2 million necessary to build our Monsignor Crowe Community Center and restore our parish grounds (parking lot, landscaping, lighting) to allow us to more effectively reach and impact our community. The Monsignor Crowe Community Center (or MCCC) will be the “shallow-entry point” for people to encounter Jesus in the midst of a loving parish community.

The MCCC will contain the rooms for meeting, the atriums for the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, the parish hall, the gymnasium, the bookstore, Adoration Chapel, and of course, the kitchen, that we have been missing since Hurricane Michael.

This building will be directly tied into our mission, to help us and many more people encounter Christ, be formed as missionary disciples, and to evangelize others, all through the power of the Holy Spirit.

While many are hearing about this for the first time, we have already had a strong response from parishioners that have already made their pledges. I ask that you prayerfully and generously respond to this invitation to make a pledge (paid over the next three years) to help us reach our goal.

We cannot do this without you! The weekend of May 1st/2nd will be our Parish Commitment Weekend, and we will break ground for this project at the beginning of summer 2021. Make sure you receive your Renew and Rejoice packets, which have all the information you need, and visit our website saintdominicpc.com or contact the parish office with any questions.

May God bless us as we embark on this exciting adventure of building the kingdom of God here in Panama City!
